The Group Leader will choose a venue and a date then offer this to the members. On occasions this will involve a pre-order. The Group Leader will ensure that the members are either emailed a copy of the current menu or a link to the venue's website. Sometimes the venue will be a restaurant.

Most venues will be within a 30 minute drive radius of Tetbury.

We will normally have lunch once per month. There will not be any pre-payment of meals.

Car sharing will be available for those needing lifts and I would urge anybody who likes an alcoholic drink with their lunch to take advantage of having a lift.

In the main lunches will be on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.
