About us
If you are having any issues with a phone, tablet, or laptop computer not working as it should, you can bring it along to one of our drop-in sessions and hopefully receive some advice on how to fix these. We can help with Apple, Android and Windows/Microsoft devices.
There's no need to let us know you are coming - just turn up. There's no charge but we would like you to buy a cup of tea or coffee at The Royal Oak to thank them for hosting us.
If you are coming along please bring the device you need help with, making sure it is well charged and you have access to any passwords that you might need.
If you have a problem with a device that you can’t bring to the Royal Oak (a desktop PC or printer for example) please send a message to either Martin Doidge (Android/Windows) or Lawrence Moss Lawrence Moss (Apple) and we will try and arrange a visit to your home.
