Bienvenidos

We are two small, friendly groups of people at various stages of learning and improving spoken Spanish, from beginners to more advanced.

There are two groups: Advanced Beginners to Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate to Fluent. See here for details of the Advanced Beginners to Intermediate Group.

Advanced Intermediate to Fluent Group meets on alternate Mondays at 2pm – 4pm in members’ homes, usually in Tetbury.

We are a friendly group who enjoy conversing in Spanish at intermediate to advanced level. Some of our members have lived in Spanish speaking countries, while others have been diligently studying at home! The main thing is we help each other, and have interesting and entertaining chats with much laughter.

This group is for people who have a reasonably good comprehension of spoken Spanish and can join in the conversations. A topic for discussion for the following meeting is usually decided the session before, giving members time to plan what they are going to say. It is similar to a discussion group. One member may provide an article to translate and discuss its contents. It is a warm, supportive and friendly group of people with a variety of interests, from art to discussing the sewerage systems in Chile!
